Make sure you are drinking a lot of water throughout the day 10 glasses minimum. Make sure your showers are not to hot and put organic lotion on your skin when you get out. Your dehydrated. I get the same thing or I did. Popped blood vessles and all from scratching so much.
Good luck.

Could be blood circulation or restless leg syndrome. See your doctor and apply a cream or lotion to soothe the skin maybe with a cooling or anesthetic effects.
Wash all your bed linen and covers with hypo-allergenic detergent and see if that helps also.
And if you have any pets keep them off your bed.

I can think of a couple of possibilities...maybe you are allergic to the detergent that you are using or the fabric that your sheets are made of...another possibility is that you have dry skin from the cold weather & dry heat from the heater, try putting cocoa butter or a good lotion on at night.

Atopic dermatitis (eczema) is a possibility. The symptoms are usually red, inflammed and dry skin and itching tends to worsen in the nights. To be absolutely sure, you need to get a medical diagnosis.
If it is eczema that you are having, for free information, I found this site that you can refer to http://www.eczematreatmentsecrets.com

I have had the same problem. For me, it just happened to be a sign of dry skin. If you apply lotion or vaseline to your skin, this will go away in a few days. Or it could just mean that you need to change your sheets because maybe your allergic to the fabric or your sheets are dirty.

It's winter and in the winter our skin tends to dry out. Try a good moistuerising lotion when you go to bed and affter shower. You might also want to try washing your sheets once a week if you aren't already.

if it is only happening in your bed then I would say a combination of dry skin and a reaction to your laundry detergent, you can check for bed bugs but I would think they would remain with you during the day, same for scabies and such

It sounds like bed bugs or scabies to me. See a dermatologist. Good luck.

dry skin and rough or scratchy bedsheets, maybe?
use lotion!
have you started using a new laundry detergent or fabric softener?
wash your bed sheets, or find softer ones?
good luck! i think the lotion will help a lot though.
