First of all, don't ram your tongue into their mouth. You're kissing, not digging a hole.
Just open your mouth slightly and relax. Push gently into his (I have no idea what gender you are darlin) mouth with your upper lip in between his and suck his lower lip into your mouth. Forget sticking your tongue into his mouth - wrong answer.
Then gently bite his lower lip. You do need to know that his lower lip is hardwired to what's between his legs so be careful with this. If you are very young and want to end with just kissing take it easy on this one.
Work your way around his mouth gently and think of eating fruit that is very ripe and very soft. Think of his mouth as having honey on it and you want to suck every bit of it off but just go easy. No biting.
Kissing is an art and should make both of you feel like you are being sweetly devoured, not attacked. Proceed with caution.

Tangle it with hers like two snakes mating together, and suck on her tongue when your jaws get tired. Continue to kiss her lips also and make sure your eyes are closed until one of you pulls away then look deep into her eyes.

its instinct, you will know what to do when you are there just calm down dont panic, we are all natural kissers, with time you'll gain experience. if you bump teeth laugh it off and dont just stand there with your tongue in their mouth, communicate with theperson through the kiss, if you analyze the kiss you take the magic out of it!
