That happens to me also, I hate to drink coffee. The other day I had a cup and I felt all the feelings you described I also felt paranoid. I called my sister (coffee drinker) and she said it was normal that my body just isn't used to the caffeine. It took about 6 hours for me to feel better. I think I'm better off without the caffeine you might be also.

Caffeine can be dangerous

I have developed Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. After hearing of my morning coffee and sodas in the daytime, my doctor has told me that my Chronic Fatigue has probably been caused by the caffeine in my diet. The caffeine pulls all the energy from the adrenal glands. Yes, there is a temporary lift in energy, but the body will begin to run out of cortisol and adreneline. It will then continue to look for these chemicals and when they cannot be found, the body will run constantly, looking for them. Thus, the body cannot rest and one will feel fatigued all of the time. The caffeine will bring a small relief, but then the body will crash once again. It's a vicious cycle that people don't realize. Caffeine should not be in most soft drinks. It is very over-rated. After 5 years of living with constant fatigue and many other strange symptoms, it's relieving to know that I can do something about it.

You are not taking in enough plain water. caffeine dehydrates you and can even make your muscles ache a bit. Drink at least 10 glasses a day. A bit personal....if you are constipated at all drink much more. I know it is a lot but that is what I had to do or I went through the same thing. Try drinking a glass before and after each small cup off caffeine. That would be a good start.
Good luck.

Some people are more sensitive to caffeine than others. I've been drinking coffee for 12 years, but I still make it very weak and half caffeine, half decaf. People in my family make fun of me for how weak I like my coffee. If I drink it the way someone else makes it, I get really sick. I also can't drink energy drinks. So, just consider yourself lucky. No one needs all those empty calories anyway.

Perhaps you are sensitive to caffeine. Coffee can also be highly acidic - some people have a hard time tolerating this. My sister drank coffee for years, now it bothers her stomach to have even a half cup.

well there are multiple things that it could be, have you ever seen any chug a coke or something with sugar in it?? it makes them sick almost instantly.. Because thers so much sugar going through your system that it cant handle it i dont know what is going on, but coffee has alot of sugar in it and it will do that too you not making you sick but its suppose to give you the "Boost" of energy... But there are tonz of other things that could b the cause of it..

caffeine can be a problem for people who are allergic to it or really affected by it. it makes your heart beat faster, and maybe that's why you get sick and dizzy because that's what happens at higher heart beats.

Your body might have a different way of reacting to caffeine. I would get some more tests done.
