Yes. There's only 1 type of HD. It's 720p/1080i. Not quite 1080p. To get 1080p, the second number needs to be at least 1080.

Your TV is also capable of displaying 480i (Standard Definition) and 480p (Enhanced Definition). Those resolutions are much inferior to HD, so HD TV can display them. 480i is the standard broadcast for all non-HD TV channels. If your TV can upconvert, you'll most likely see 480p instead of 480i.

1366 x 768 are screen dimensions not resolution

1366x768 is not one of the defined formats in the ATSC high definition specification. The HD formats are 1280x720 and 1920x1080. However, that screen can reproduce with minimal loss a 1280x720 source by "scaling" and so a TV screen with that resolution can be called HD.
