the father, jesus, or holy spirit. who has the final word?

All... there all one. They will all play a part in who will go to heaven. Jesus gave them the opportunity to choose to be saved, the holy spirit enters you when you are saved and then God, the lamb (Jesus) and the holy spirit will determine your fate.

Jesus Christ because God has given Him the power to judge the world and the Holy spirit is with him. I only forgot the bibl passage but i check the ile i can give.

The father, jesus, and the holy spirit are all the same thing. God is the one who will choose.
