It doesn't matter if you're the coolest person ever or how fit you are. You are a loner because you CHOOSE to be alone at home. If you want to just hang out or something then people will be glad to hang out w/ you. I was sort of a loner when I was little and I'm sorry if I'm a little harsh but I'm just trying to explain that you can't "work this out". You just have to let it all go and do something about it. It's easy. Being a loner means not many people know you so it's really easy to meet new people and stuff. Overall, it's about attitude. Please please read your question again and again and I guarantee that you will find your answer.

Wow I am almost the same way. Only difference is that you are in an apartment, I am still living with my parents, not out of highschool even. They are incredibly strict so I won't do much. It doesn't matter if your fit/pretty or not... your personality is what matters. If you are quiet and shy around others, you may come off as someone who is stuck up, snobby, and too good to talk to anybody else. That is what people thought about me. Try meeting some of your neighbors. I am sure a lot of young people live in apartments, espescially nowadays.
Good luck.

Sometimes we like it like that. Think about it, when we are with other people, we sometimes wish we were alone. I'm a bit of a loner, I have friends, but I prefer to be alone. Try being with your family if you can. Or just take a walk in a public place, like the mall, once in a while.

Man i wish i was back in college on a Friday night hanging out with my roommates drinkin partyin getting ready to hit the bars...but i know i'll never get those days back...It's time to make new friends and do new things. Maybe your still longing for the past, if you are, give it up, and move forward.

Be careful what you ask for on line. Go out with some one from school or work,or go to church and find friends. Talk to people when you go shopping there are ways to seek friends.,If you stay on line looking they are usually on line all the time like you and not out side. I have the habit myself of staying on line In NC

Take a class or join an activity you are interested in so you can meet people who share your interests. Be outgoing and not afraid to be a new person because no one knows you it shouldn't be hard to start new. Friends should fallow.

Girl you betta start going to the bar. Or sometimes in the newspaper from were you live they have a smaller paper inside or a section that tells you what is going on in the town at that time. Hope that helps.

I have discovered that sometimes we are who we are and that's it. Being pretty or thin or dress nicely doesn't mean very much it comes down to personality. I find when I do find people to hang out w/ it takes too much work to keep it up and they just start to annoy me. Be happy w/ who you are.

I've been alone for 18 years of my life, and still counting. I guess you just have to get out. I know it is cliche but seriously it is the only way.

talk to your neighbors, smile and start conversations with random people. Talk to the people at your work or school. Ask them about the cool spots in town. Probably if you meet just one friend, then you'll meet their friends and their friends.
