I had a baby in Germany. I had to wait for the birth certificate and passport before I could leave the country with him.

If you have all the documents you need, you can get the consular report of birth very quickly (the same day, often) and the passport in about ten days.

where are you coming from and why do you need to bring the baby immediately? is the baby sick? if so you may get to come here temporarily for medical care but i'm sure you will need proper documents. if you're just coming to immigrate then get in line with the rest of the people or walk across the rio grande it's shallow in places.

You will have to wait for the official documents. Good luck!
