today is friday i needed someone 2 talk 2 and he would not answer so i blew up his phone should i call him tommorrow

He has a reason for not answering your calls, blowing up a guys phone when he doesn't want to talk just makes him angry. Give him some time and wait for him to call you.

By blew up, I assume you mean that you kept calling and calling him. Well, you know what, he is your boyfriend and he HAS to be there everytime you want to talk to him.
Call him tomorrow. He should expect you to call him whenever you want to and how many times you want to. And start by asking him WHY he didn't answer his phone... cheek!
