Religion being the product of nurture, not nature, so current religious beliefs would disappear. Right? Because religion is completely reliant upon knowledge passed on and if there’s no one and nothing to pass on that knowledge, the knowledge is lost. Does God have some kind of back up plan should this ever occur?

If everyone older than five disappeared alone, our world would be in total anarchy. Not only that, but massive die-offs would occur. Probably by the end of the decade, there 'd be no humans on the face of the Earth. So, basically, Christianity would effectively be gone, along with all of the rest of Earth's religions (and lack of). My personal opinion, assuming that this wasn't God's plan, is that He'll have an "Oh ****..." moment, but almost immediately go back to the drawing board.

There seems to be something in the human mind that is hard-wired for religious belief so although I think that religion would certainly lose many adherents in that case providing everyone got a decent education (a big proviso) I don't think it would completely disappear. Just as there are those who are easier to hypnotise there would still be those diposed to believe in a religion.

So no god doesn't but maybe nature does!

There would be a lot of kids building forts and doing puppet shows. and probably eating bugs and plants. As far as the religion part, I think it is nurture AND nature...see sources on natural religion or natural theology...

If everyone over the age of five disappeared, everyone left would die, because as far as I know 5 year olds can't operate farm equipment to grow food.

This makes no sense.

If all the people disappear they are going to heaven. Meaning they are with god who doesn't need a back up plan.

He knew what he was doing when he made his plans.
