May I suggest trying a piece of fruit. It is naturally sweet, gives you a burst of energy that lasts longer, and is a good sugar as opposed to the traditional goodies, like cookies, candy, or eating sugar.

I don't think you should give up sugar at all (I don't think it's possible either).
I do think though, that you should try to get it only from fruits and maybe a couple of sugar cubes in your coffee or tea occasionally.

Giving up chocolate, cakes, etc. can make wonders.

Protein Rich food witrh low carbohydrate, low sugar, low fat food,would could control your cerotinin of the brain which is responsible for hunger or cravings !! Drink water one liter for every 44lbs of body weight

You should read Gut Solutions by Brenda Watkins. She explains that when you have those cravings something is going on in your gut that you have to fix.

do not buy them or look at them u will get used to that plus when u need them drink water this will make ur appetite less for sugar
