I see nothing wrong it. I am interested in a man on yahoo and can't get to him, because I only have $15.00 in my bank account and I really want to meet this man. I have to sign up, that's the drawback. Oh well, maybe I'll put some money in, I really like this guy.

I have talked to as well as met some great people online and I have met some horrible people. The thing of it is with meeting people online the only downfall is not being able to see them. Seeing is believing in so many ways. You can tell by people face expression. Anyone can lie. No matter if they are from the net or bar or bookstore. It doesn't matter where you meet them, its about the person. BUT... words of caution, dont rush into anything. Start as friends, get to know them. Dont make them your girlfriend or boyfriend the first night and than exchange i love yous the second. Build on it, no matter what the "it" is. Be safe and if your gut is telling it doesn't feel it right, your gut is telling the truth. Good luck out there!

I guess it could work. I understand that a lot of people have trouble finding that special person. I'm married but if I were single after going on ten dates with complete losers I'd consider dating online. They have great sites now days and I believe some actually do work. It's a commitment thing. I don't think it would work for someone who was just in it for the sex or some other ridiculous reason.

it depends wat ur lookin 4. if u just want cyber sex and not a serious relationship then online dating is probably the best option 4 u, on some occasions u can actually get into a decent relationship with someone online but tht is not very common. it is definitely way better 2 meet and date someone in person plus it also makes it more fun and more of a challenge!

OK lets put it this way...On line dating is just on line so you won't be on the risk of getting in love etc... And won't cost you a penny SO I recommend it is cheap you don't have to drive and see that person...

Never give $$$ to ANYONE regardless of the sob story they may tell you!!
Aside from the above....Go for it!!! I have met some nice ladys online.....The only downside (at least for me) is that they are all
at least a 1.5 hours drive away......

I"T A WASTE OF TIME..... almost no one looks liker their pic.
most of the guys on there are just looking for sex.
the woman play to many mind games.
lot and lot of lying going on.
