I want to erase everything from my computer so it can be like when I first got it. I have this program that no matter what I do it doesn't want to erase. If I try to remove it my computer freezes. I have tried different ways of trying to erase it (ways that I found on the internet). It has got to the point that I just want to restart everything. So does anybody have any idea how to erase it or if not how can I restart everything. If this might help I want to erase a program called bs player because when I download it another program came with it call When U Save. And When U Save is just a program that every minute pops ads of products that you can find in certain websites. So after having 6 windows poping up in my screen in 5 minitues it gets really annoying after a while. Please help me?

There are two 3 things availabe to you.

1) If your computer came with a RESTORE CD - insert that and it will erase everything and make it exactly like it was when you got it home.

2) If it didn't come with a Restore CD but it's a name brand like Dell or Gateway - many times it has a Ghost image on it (same as the restore CD but it's hidden on the hard drive). You need to go to the manufacturer's site to see what keystrokes you push when the NAME BRAND of the computer FLASHES while booting. (There's a specific keystroke you hit that will bring you into the restore feature).

3) If you have the XP CD - you can reinstall from scratch.

The U Save problem sounds like adware, you should be able to remove it using Windows Defender... it's free for download at:

You can try doing a system restore to go back to a time that you were happy with your computer.
