The scar can be readily removed with lasers but it's quite costly. You can also reduce or lighten it using product with hight VitaminE or pure vitaminE oil capsule.

You can also have a natural Vitamin E mask once a week
*Natural Honey-Almond Mask: This is mildly antiseptic.

1 egg yolk
2 tablespoons honey
10 drops almond oil

Whip until creamy.
Smooth on your face. Allow to rest for 10 minutes, then rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Store any extra in a jar in fridge.

Or you can also use wheat germ oils on your skin!!

To prevent acne:

# Keep your skin hydrated by drinking at least eight glasses of water a day.
# Reduce fats and oils in your diet. Increase your intake of fresh vegetables, fruits and whole grains.
# Watch your sun exposure. Although the sun may seem to dry your skin, too much heat actually stimulates the production of more oil.
# Supplement your diet with B-complex vitamins, vitamin A, vitamin C, zinc and vitamin E. You can also take a high-potency multivitamin.

Hope this can help you!

A dermatologist or plastic surgeon can do it. There are various techniques depending on your case. They can do a scar revision, or scar excision, or dermabrasion, or collagen injections, etc.

if you mean red marks - microdermabrasion, wearing sunscreen everyday and a cream w/ hydroquinone.

if you mean pitted scars - dermabrasion, maybe nothing.

see a dermatologist if it's the pitted kind you need help w/.

Dermabrasion or a chemical peel are about the only ways.

They're kind of expensive though and your skin takes a while to heal.

don't use any medicinal bla- bla to your face when pimples are there. always wash them with cold water.

don't be too conscious..

and stay confident.
