But, it is obvious, that a smarter person is disappointed few times than a person who is not smart.
If one is not disappointed often is supposed to be happy often, right ?

No, quite the opposite. The happiest people I know are complete retards.

I think that smart people are less happy because they think so much and they see all the problems with the world. Dumb people don't see all those problems. They see the world as a great place where they live and breath and just have fun. You should read the book "Flowers for Algernon." Excellent book.

No all these Christians seem extremely happy locked in their cocoon of ignorance afraid if they burst out they will lose their little piece of la la land of eternity so frozen they are afraid their fantasy boogie man Satan will leap out and take a bite out of their butt is they dare to think. OO

not at all, some people just say that the simple life is the happyest life, you dont have to be smart to feel emotion, enjoying the simple things in life is what makes it all worth while...... but i suppose smart and not so smart take pleasure in different things but overall no, you dont have to be smart to be happy
