Why would you even ask this question? I'm an atheist too, but you don't really think any Christian would even consider that possiblity for a fraction of a second, do you? Besides, it's not a question of whether a man named Jesus who was a teacher of men existed; it's whether he was the son of God/ the third part of the Holy Trinity or not that's important.

To discover and prove Jesus never existed would take quite a LARGE mind, so the person to discover this would have to be a lot smarter than millions of scholars and theologians.
What would make me feel stupid is: if I finally met the guy and found we couldn't stand each other. !! ??
Do you like every single person you meet? Would I like you?

No, I feel stupid when I forget one of the rules to Bridge when my Bridge club comes over to play. Fanny knows all the rules and gives me a funny look when I make an error. Boy oh, boy.
I would also feel stupid if I thought a myspace blog refuted the historical veracity of one of civilizations more important and revolutionary figures, which Jewish and secular historians believe existed.

Here is my proof that Jesus does exist my Bible (1 John 1:1 ..We saw him with our own eye and touched him with our own hands... We can trust the new testament's claim of Christ's resurrection because the story is told by eyewitnesses.

One: I know that He does exist, so I don't have to worry about feeling stupid if He didn't exist. Two: how are you going to use a myspace blog to prove that? especially if the blog link doesn't even work?

>And no, he wasn't on drugs or hit on his head or is dillusional. i'm gonna say convinced, he became delusional. because it truly is a some distance more effective smart clarification that assuming there somewhat is an invisible parallel universe the position those who worshipped the incorrect deity get tortured for eternity. highly on account that just about each faith has those with those 'visions', no longer in basic terms christianity. >what's so undesirable about having faith ? It destroys one's psychological integrity. If I were to believe stuff in basic terms on faith, regardless of the info presented by technique of reality, i might want to threat my beliefs turning out to be disjointed from reality. >Why question each thing and be so unclear ? because it truly is how I learn. Convincing myself that I already understand the reality and can't probable be incorrect might want to only lead me to stagnation, and blind me to any certainly reality that got here my way. that is by technique of wondering each thing that I save the flexibility to refine my beliefs in direction of the certainly reality. >there is an afterlife and heaven descibed interior the BIble as a large position, so why no longer save on with God and settle for Christ as your savior so that you'll bypass there ? there is an afterlife and Valhalla defined interior the norse sagas as a large position, so why no longer save on with Odin and settle for Thor as your savior so that you'll bypass there? you spot, till you've presented a robust reason to imagine your particular version of God, Heaven and Hell is the perfect each individual the others are incorrect, this argument would not somewhat get you everywhere. >why do not you provide God a probability ? Why do not you provide Odin a probability? >He would not chew Nonexistent issues in many cases do not. >do you imagine rejecting and mocking God is somewhat well worth the chance to bypass Hell ? i'm no longer 'rejecting God'. I in basic terms do not believe he exists in any respect. because i have not found any adequate info suggesting that he does. This reality feels like a reality that helpful aspects no deities. i'm no longer going to ignore the info and modify my beliefs in basic terms because i have been threatened with thoughts about invisible parallel universes.
