Your stomach is not accommpdating your jogging. I gather either you are doing much jogging behyond your stamina or there is some other physical problem with you. Normally vomitting after jogging is not good as jogging will have adverse effect on your health. I suggest that before undergoing jogging you should consult some good physcian. You should not do jogging until and unless you have medical advice in this connection. I also advise you to inhale deep early in the morning and take brisk walk, instead of jogging. If you develop adequate stamina, then try jogging for a five minutes and raise this time gradually. Good Luck.

Jogging after eating just half hour before is the reason behind your daily vomiting. I think that you go jogging in the evenings because you say you eat just half hour before jogging.Always give first preferences to jogging in the morning's because it gives you more fresh air the morning than in the evenings.
bye.

I had the same problem, The simple remedy is never let your mouth dry up while your are jogging and never go for jogging soon after you take your meals. Try brisk walking instead of jogging it will help. Get tested if you have a hiatus hernia.

You might be overdoing it. Try a slower pace, and less mileage.
You may be dehydrating yourself if you are sweating a lot--particularly if you don't regularly drink enough water.
Could also be heat stroke/heat exhaustion. These, as well as too much sun can get you pretty sick.
So slow down, jog shorter distances, and see what happens. If you still get a sick stomach, you should definitely see a doctor.

i think it is because the pressure inside ur stomach. maybe u inhale more than u exhale while jogging or a.k.a hyperventilation. then, the gas that u didn't breathe out in ur stomach will push things out of ur body. so, whenever u jog, please do control ur respiration. inhale n exhale normally. if not, u'll be faint.
bye

if it just happened once or twice, i would say that you are pushing your body too far, but because this happens consistently, I would contact your doctor to see what is up. Maybe you are jogging too soon after eating. IDK. Call your doc.
