The most common form of true is Hontou, a noun meaning true or real, or an adjective meaning truth or reality, and hontouni as an adverb meaning truly or really.
In Kanji, Hountou is written 本当, and Hontouni is written 本当に.
In Hiragana, Hontou is written: ほんとう, and Hontouni is written ほんとうに.

but if your talking about 'not a lie' then you will want 'truth' its shinjitsu ä¿¡å®.
