Both in mid 40's/ she email's me regularly/laughs with me when I see her/just last week sent me her e-photo/I receive occasional text messages from her/one catch:she is my massage therapist. What would you do?

Lean in, if she doesn't respond by leaning in a little too, then abort mission. If she DOES respond by leaning in a little too, then lean in a bit more as you stare at her lips and she should come towards you a little more...that's your in...and GO for it....(do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT abort mission once you have a positive response...or you can blow the entire plan)

Tell her you are interested in going to the next level and ask her if she is as well. She may just be trying to please a client. Or she may be wondering what the hold up is. Just ask! Life is too short for all the guessing games! Believe me!
But ask before the kiss.
