My cat, Prince seems to like the smell of bleach. I usually dilute it to mop the floor ( I have 3 dogs dogs living under the same roof ) and even before the floor dries up, he just lies on it. Prince loves to lick, when you go near him and say kiss he licks you ( I think he learned it from the dogs ), well, I find that really cute but he does over do it sometimes and we all know how rough a cat's tongue is, it's like having an exfoliation done on your face with sandpaper. He likes to groom the dogs as well. He'll start from the head and eyes and down to the whole body until the dog has enough and leaves. My cat is just hilarious.

LOL! Fatty sounds adorable.

My Zoe (male, 7 mo. old) has so many quirks! He has an adorable habit of throwing temper tantrums. If he gets angry at me (usually by me shooing him off my desk) he throws a big fit. He attacks and clings onto my leg very tightly and then VERY gently he gives me a bite while meowing really loud. He poofs up really big and runs into the other room. He then refuses to speak to me. However, like all children, he gets over it and wants a cuddle. :)

He also likes to drink out of cups, which is very inconvenient to me. I can't leave a cup unsupervised unless I want to come back in to see a kitten squeezing himself inside the cup to get the water in the bottom. And yes, my cats always have 3 bowls of fresh water available. he's just picky. :)

I think he's more of a dog than a cat. He loves to follow me from room to room. I work from home and he sits on my desk for 8 hours while I'm working and when I get up to leave, he follows me out of my office. He absolutely has to be with me at all times and he even waits for me to come home when I leave! He has a special ball that rattles and he loves it. If I shake it, he jumps up and down and if I throw it, he'll fetch it! He also, believe it or not, likes water. He loves to sit on my chest when I'm taking my bubble baths and he never minds his own bath time. :) I've left water in the bathtub before only to find Zoe splashing around in it!

He's a weird one but he always makes me laugh. My other cat, Zen (who has no quirks or habits), gave birth to Zoe this past summer so I've been beside him since day 1. I guess that is why he is so overly social. I'm lucky. He's the most loving cat I've ever seen!

When I first got one of my cats, a Siamese mix who I rescued from the shelter as a birthday present to myself one freezing winter night on the way home from work, he had a cold. The vet told me to take him into the bathroom with me while I showered so that he could breath the warm moist air.

Confucius was quickly well, but he continued to follow me into the bathroom every time I took a shower, and he would lie down on the rug and wait for me. Once he got a little older he would climb onto the sink and then up to my shoulder as I applied my makeup. He got very comfortable being on the shoulders.

Every night after work I would take a walk on the city golf course adjacent to my house and Confucius would follow. When he couldn't keep up with me I would carry him draped around my neck.

In the winter when I would cross country ski on the snow covered golf course Confucius would beg to climb up, and I would let him wrap himself around my neck as I skied. He would do the same thing with my son while riding his bike.

Some cats are really great friends.

Mei-Xing likes to lie on her back, her legs splayed out. We used to think she wanted a tummy rub but have since realized she just likes lying on her back. She stares up at the ceiling (always in the corner) and cries...we think she is patrolling the interdimensional interstices- we sure can't see what she sees. She likes to hide behind my coat when it is draped over the kitchen chair and come flying out at a toy or my husband's legs..she's so proud of herself for being sneaky. She curls up in the sink (a perfect fit) and whines until I turn the water on.

Yup, we have a weird cat.

I think most cats have some quirky habits, they all seem to have such different personalities. My Russian Blue stands on his hind legs against the toilet when you flush. He moves his head around and around as he follows the swirls of water around and down the drain. Rather gross, but I can't help but laugh.

When we first got our cat Tom, he quickly bonded with my husband. He had a full beard at the time, and the kitten would snuggle under the beard and nuzzle on my husbands' neck.

That was 10 1/2 years ago. The beard is gone, but Tom still snuggles with my husband, and nuzzles his neck.

Yes......and it's very disgusting. She poops in the bathtub. My other cat, when she hears the toilet flush she quickly runs in the bathroom then stars in wonder down in the toilet and watches the water swirl around.

My kitty Tigger likes to suckle on a toe on his back foot. It's super cute! My other cat, Buddy, will try to attack the tile floor in my kitchen. He'll puff out his long fur and run around in circles trying to attack the "tile-monster". Very entertaining to watch!

Two kittens! You are soooooooo lucky.... We had to have ours put to sleep.. But anyway,.......... We used to eat Jello all of the time. Only when we would have cherry-flavored would she climb up on the back of the sofa and pat me on the cheek because she wanted some also. She would not eat any other flavor, and wouldn't even climb on the back of the sofa when I was. We really miss her. Would love to see the Godzilla move!
