I'm not sure exactly, beings how I've only been there once. But I went in early June last summer. It was really nice. It was around the time of the Puerto Rican parade. I'm not sure whether that makes an influence or not. But I'm pretty sure the tickets were fairly reasonable. My mom took me so I'm not positive.

As a New Yorker, my favorite season is Fall. It is the most pleasant time here. Trust me, summer in New York can be disgusting. Winter can be too cold (not so much this winter, but usually). Spring is ok, but unpredictable.

spring or fall.it is too hot in the summer and if your using the trains or buses it's just miserable.the fall is nice too.you don't want to go once it gets too cold because it is freezing and very windy.my mother in law lives there so i know this from experience.I absolutely refuse to go in the summer. The last time we went in the summer it was so hot it was 125 degrees in the train stations.
