how come fruits lose their flavor when you freeze them and eat them frozen?

where do the fruit sugars go? how can i get them back?

I wouldn't freeze any fruit that you bought to originally be refrigerated. Instead, it's better, I think, to get the bags of fruit that are already frozen. They are good for making milkshakes with and taste good:)

i put sugar on top makes them a lot sweeter but i heard that if you put lemon juice on them it brings back some of the flavor but that's just me

let them thaw out a bit and they taste sweeter your taste buds Will not register that light of a sweetness easily when they are being chilled so much

i dont know how they lose there flavor but you cant get it back
