My first instinct is to say "sex."
But on second thought, make him his favourite meal (with wine or beer) and tell him you're doing it because you think he's the best man you've ever met.
Really though, I'd go with my first instinct. Or both!

I agree with chocolate, but honestly, the best presents to give, are unexpected and on a non-occasion. Try to think back to something they mentioned (maybe in passing) that they used to like when they were young or saw on tv or a character or super-hero or ball player and get them something along that line. ie; My hubby liked old Pink Panther movies. So, I did something silly and found a set of Pink Panther sheets to fit our mattress (wasn't easy, but well thought and specific to him). Of course, sweetest.... you could always wrap a bag of sugar/jar of honey with a cute lil love note (about how you couldn't find anything sweet enough for him, so here's a bag of sugar) and a bow! lol. -whatever the nature of the relationship should be safe enough for sugar!

well yeah depending on the situation.. if your dating or been good friends for a long time.. buy little trinkets that remind you of your good memories with this significant other... its thoughtfull and caring... in other cases like friendly or jsut beginning of a relationship iwould go with a teddy bear ^.^, cant go wrong with them!... unless they arent into cute little giggle at u jsut to see what you would do moments...
