what should I do if my left side of my body keeps going numb...?

Gosh girl, you need to go to the hospital asap. Sounds like a stroke, but hopefully it is something less major.

Three things your should do if you expect you may be having a stroke is..
1. Smile
2. Raise both arms above your head at the same time
3. Speak a simple sentence like "Its cold outside today"
If you have problems with any of these call 911 immedietly. The sooner you get medical attention the better your chances are of not having any permanent problems because of a stroke.

call 911 or have someone take you to ER. For some this could be stroke, for others a migraine, or a neuromuscular disease such as M.S. and others. Best wishes.
