I'm dying right now! I even used Flourine solution! it actually made it worse! I feel like my teeth are going to fall! help!

I'm a dentist.
Usually fluoride does the trick. Over the counter products tend to be weak.
Go back to your doctor, and he/she may prescribe for you a product containing a stronger concentration of fluoride.
Also (check with your doctor before doing this), I would discontinue the bleaching for a while until the sensitivity subsides.
Finally, a lower concentration of bleach product can be given to you, which decreases sensitivity issues.

I know it's a crappy feeling but I just worked through it.
The nerves put you on edge eh? Seems like anything too hot or too cold kills you and sometimes (I don't know if you got this, but I did) I would feel this cracking moving sound in my teeth, from the nerves. It was horrible!
Try "sensodyne toothpaste" results do take a while, but it does help! I like it a lot, taste isn't that good but you get used to it.

You better stop using that whitening solution, it will ruin your teeth. I think you need to call the dentist and as what to do.

You can try Sensodine Toothpaste, but a high concentration of fluoride works great.

sensodyne tooth paste is the best!! it gets rid of my tooth aches so it should help you out!!
