and every girl likes an honest upfront guy...
let him just be bluntly honest maybe with a single rose ...

If she's made it obvious that she's not interested in him then he needs to move on. He deserves better. Why waste his time on someone who isn't going to return the feelings?

He can be nice to her, but as far as making a "move" I would advise against it.
