it has nothing to do with certian items, it varies from conversations with various people, visiting new places, doing chores around the house, it is never the same. but sometimes takes my breath away when it happens

Deja Vu has absolutly nothing to do with our mental health etc. Deja Vu is an association with an item from the past that you link to the present. example: a vase that was once in your mother's livingroom but is now in your home triggers a memory associated to that item in the present day. since you are not focusing on the vase you think it is a de she vie, which means "already been seen."

are you sure its deja vu and not anxiety/panic attacks? If you train your brain to wonder about this happening over and over.. you might just be scaring yourself into an anxiety attack. just be careful. if youre really worried.. go talk to your doctor. its not a stupid question. just be thankful that you are aware of this happening.. if you were going crazy... you wouldnt be aware. always remember that :)
