If whites are racist. Is it a just a misunderstanding that latino's won't let blacks on certain streets?

In less than 25 years the USA is mostly going to be like LA and other cities where there is overpopulation: heightened violent crime, low education levels, teen preganancy, drugs, gangs, deteriorating infrastructure, deteriorating social structure and lawlessness. This video explains it in graphic detail and anyone with at least the intelligence of a ten year old can understand it. It is not assumption, it is not presumption, it is not theory, it is a FACT! This is where our country is heading if we don't cut back drastically on ALL immigration into our country. (illegal immigration should be stopped cold!):

Depends on the Latin group, depends on the area. I grew up in Florida and Louisiana and had a ton of Latino friends. Cubans, Puerto Ricans, Hondurans, etc. I actually hung out with them so much that I nearly became fluent in Spanish. None of them seemed to have problems with black people. It's different in different areas, but here it was no big deal. And remember "Latino" is a blanket term that encompasses a lot of cultures and people from a lot of countries. And yeah, there are black Latinos too. My grandfather's Afro-Latino.

Hispanics are racist,too. I don't understand how some people believe that Hispanics aren't racist but tolerant. I'm Hispanic and live in a Hispanic neighborhood, there are a lot racists and prejudice against black Hispanics from Dominican Republic or Puerto Rico. It seems you've never had a Hispanic friend otherwise, you would have known this. Many hate blacks or whites, and in my school some girls are prohibited by their parents to date black boys. They're Hispanic. Every race has racists in it.

It's a matter of human instinct that everyone is prejudicial in some shape form or fashion. News and polls taken on Afro Americans indicate that they would be tougher on security in airports to protect flyers. If it means targeting Middle eastern passengers, so be it.

Being prejudiced at times is perfectly normal and everyone has the capable to fix it as well.

There are racist people in every culture. I admit there are some racist latinos (hispanics), but there are also white racists, and black racists. Not every person is racist.
