What do I believe about Jews for Jesus groups? Awesome! Praise the Lord!
However, his message was not understood and taken over by the Gentiles. Because the first disciples of Jesus was Jews themselves. Peter for example was a Jew.
The purpose of the Apostle Paul was to take the message to the Gentiles.

Well, it seems that the majority of the first few hundred thousand Christians were Jews for Jesus.
I have corresponded by email with someone from that organization. He seemed very sincere, loving Jesus, and loving Jews as well. But I don't know the organization first hand well enough to really evaluate it. As far as I'm concerned, all those who want to serve the Lord, - go for it!

You are under the misapprehension that a lot of Jews knew about Jesus - they didn't. They didn't have 24/7 TV 27/7 CNN coverage of him wandering around in the back country. Most didn't know he existed.

A devout Jew CANNOT consider Jesus the messiah because he didn't meet the requirements of a mosiach that God gave them.
"Jews for Jesus" are CHRISTIANS.

They're not Jews, they're Xtian. They are a Xtian missionary organization and their main purpose is to convert Jews.
"Jews for Jesus is a Christian [1] evangelical organization based in San Francisco, California. A member organization of numerous evangelical Christian groups, its goal is to convince Jews that Jesus is the Messiah and God. Jews for Jesus views its followers as "living out their Jewishness" [2], defining "Jewish" in terms of parentage as well as religion[3][4][5], and declaring that Jews "are not of one religion."[6] Jewish denominations,[7] Jewish groups, [8][9][10] and the State of Israel [11] reject the group's self-identification as Jewish due to the Christian beliefs of its members and its evangelical activities. [12] [13] [14]"
They are worse than normal Messianics. They are a despicable lie, betrayers, deceivers, disgusting brutes. May their bones be ground to dust.
The Thing below me is a clone.

most of them are christians masquerading as jews in order to win converts. they have training in order to make themselves able to pass as jewish, but if you ask them anything about judaism beyond the basics they have no clue what they are talking about. they go out of their way to use jewish symbols and terminology wherever possible in order to make it less "traumatic" for jews to convert. its deceptive. paul himself gives permission for christians to lie and be deceitful in order to win converts. check it out:
Corinthians 9:20-22: To the Jews I became as a Jew, in order to win Jews; to those under the law I became as one under the law -- though not being myself under the law -- that I might win those under the law. To those outside the law I became as one outside the law -- not being without law toward God but under the law of Christ -- that I might win those outside the law. To the weak I became weak, that I might win the weak.
Philippians 1:18: In every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Jesus is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice.
its deceitful and does not say much about their moral character or the "truth" of their religion, since its so weak that in order to win converts they have to lie to them. and for the jews who were gulled into joining them, i feel pity.
oh, and jews for jesus was founded by a baptist minister, and is is funded completely by christian evangelical organizations. that might also give clues about what its all about.
