In the bible it mentions Mose's wife coming from Etheopia, and the Queen of Sheba came from Africa also, so many of our biblical characters are intermarried to people from Africa and I am wondering what the connection is, were the two countries close in location, they have found the lost tribe of Israel in Africa, so the mystery goes on.

Well, Israel borders Egypt, which is in Africa, so it IS close to Africa. Israel was not any closer to Ethiopia then (it takes millions of years for techtonic movements to produce noticeable effects), but Israel had contact with Ethiopia. It is not really a mystery. Travel took longer, but people still did it!

Here is information regarding ancient Israel's first contacts with Ethiopia:
What is called the Jewish Pre-settlement Theory essentially states that starting around the 8th century BCE until about the 5th century BCE, there was an influx of Jewish settlers both from Egypt & Sudan in the north, and southern Arabia in the east. Whether these settlers arrived in great numbers is yet a matter of debate. What is certain, however, is that these settlers must have preceded the arrival of Christianity. Evidence for their presence exists not only in historical books, but also material artifacts quite depicting ancient Jewish ceremony.

Part of Israel? have you looked at the map lately? Africa is a huge continent while Israel is a tiny country. If you mean
in prehistoric times, there is a notion that all continents were joined.

Israel is a small country on the continent of Asia which has only existed for around 50 years. Africa is a separate continent consisting of dozens of countries. I do not see how a continent could be part of a country.
