There is not a scar remover but they may fade over time. I was the same way when I was a kid. I had Impetigo which is an infection and that caused scarring. I don't have them anymore, they faded away eventually. She needs to use alcohol or something to stop the itching and soak in Epsom salts at night to keep the scabs soft if she does scratch at night. It will keep them from getting infected and scabbing so she won't get the scars. I wish her luck and pray they will fade, i always tanned in summer as I became an adult and I think that helped mine fade.

There are several over the counter scar lighteners, but it depends on how bad they are, the meds. can only do so much. she may have to go to a dermatologist.
