Try adding some seafood magic, its a seasoning blend ( Chef Paul Prudhomme's)can be found in most groceries.Still use the mayo, celery and of course use the albacore tuna. Yum, guess I'l go open up a can. Oh, I just thought another delicious way is to make a tuna melt with the same mix, and then put it on rye bread and a slice of cheese( whatever kind you like) grill, and enjoy.

Make it from scratch! Steam some tuna on a bed of celery, onion, carrot (bouquet garni), that has a little broth to get things going, chicken works well enough (canned is fine). Chill it and proceed as you normally would. Live a little, why don'tcha! ;-)

Do you put onions and black pepper in it? It's great.
carb free hint, roll the tuna salad in a lettuce leaf, and eat it like a roll up....MMMMM gotta have the mayo though.

if you are real ambitious actually saute several cans of tuna lightly with some garlic that has already been brown lightly then add a bit of dill and let it cool then go ahead and make your sandwiches use sweet champagne mustard and you will have quite a treat

I would definitely add water chestnuts. Use a mix of ranch dressing and mayo. It is delicious!

Try olive oil and lime or lemon juice.
Add capers, roasted red peppers, red onion or black beans
Fresh dill is really nice, too.
Add a little hot sauce
A friend of mine adds curry powder, sliced scallions and raisins and it's divine!
