i need to lose 80lbs i've tried weight watchers with great sucess(lost48lbs)but the minute i stop the program it all piles back on so i thought i would give curves a try along with ea\ting sensibly wondering if anyone has tried it and how did they find it

It works if you work it. If you go 3x a week and follow their diet in their member guide it will work. I dropped 40lbs there.

convinced, i imagine curves are eye-catching too...i became large skinny earlier i had childrens and that i assumed i had it occurring being eye-catching yet now that I have had 2 childrens and function some curves, i be conscious adult men like that more effective on a woman than a beanpole

My daughters joined and did well but the best example was a lady i know who is 1/2 the size she was and her health improved dramatically.

I have had some acquaintances who went to it, and they really liked it. I have heard nothing but positives, but you have to like that kind of environment. If you're into the bigger gym thing or just working out at home then it may not work for you. =)
