This recipe is very good my family loves it.
1. Brown 1lb ground meat with a pkg of taco seasoning.
2. Drain grease from meat
3. Cube about a cup of of velveeta cheese and add that to meat
4. Cube about a cup of pepper jack cheese add that to meat
5. Add 1 can of Ro-Tel peppers with juice to meat
6. Place on low heat and stir adding a little milk to thin.
7. Serve with nacho chips and your favorite condiments on top.

you may have to adjust the recipe to your liking but this is the
best, all my friends ask for it at parties. Hope this helps.

I can Nacho Cheese Sauce from Sams Club
1 Crock Pot to warm Cheese Sauce
Desired amount of Cheese in Crock Pot to warm, Add juice from Jar of Jalapeno peppers to cheese to taste. Usually 1 part juice to 5 parts cheese.
Warm Chips if Desired ( I like the hint of lime chips)
Top chips with warm cheese as desired and sprinkle with peppers. Add one football game. Wow now thats some good nachos.

I enjoy nachos. The big triangle corn chips are my favorite, but you can use any salty corn chip.

If I want them to be hearty, I open a can of re-fried beans and spread some on the chips, or drop spoonfuls onto chips laid out in a flat oven proof dish or pan. Then sprinkle with salt, garlic powder and chili powder (optional/or to taste). Next I use grated cheddar or thin slices of Velveeta, and sprinkle generously with sliced jalapenos. Put in a hot oven till cheese melts.

I sometimes fix them for supper and fix a big flat bowl or large plate for each of us.
