...So given the losing track record of anyone that tried to destroy the Judeo-Christian tradition and foundation through the centuries, what do you atheists think the odds are for you this time?

I'd say the bookies give you 1,000,000:1 against. No wait, 100,000,000:1 against. No, considering the omnipotence of the Creator, I'd say the odds are infinity:1, against you.

What's your wager?

What are you talking about? The Judaeo-Christian tradition of the Crusades, the Inquisitions, the Salem Witch Trials, etc, far outweigh anything else in the name of wiping out people who don't agree with them. I think that you need to look at that history before you throw stones. My wager is that Christianity will keep killing in the name of God only to find out that's not what God wants His people to do.

Judeo-Christian (or Judaeo-Christian) is a term used to describe the body of concepts and values which are thought to be held in common by Judaism and Christianity, and typically considered (sometimes along with classical Greco-Roman civilization) a fundamental basis for Western legal codes and moral values. In particular, the term refers to the common Old Testament/Tanakh (which is a basis of both moral traditions, including particularly the Ten Commandments); and implies a common set of values present in the modern Western World.

So you think you can just cast all atheists into the same group as Romans Muslims and Hitler? Just because these guys were nut jobs doesn t mean all atheists think that way.

a·the·ist
–noun a person who denies or disbelieves the existence of a supreme being or beings

So I dont believe that there is a being in a place called heaven that created everything. So what, big deal. If you were my nieghbor and needed something Id still help you out. I wouldnt try and destroy your beliefs. Or try to press mine on you.

I do agree with a former wrestler and Gov. when he said that organized religion is for weak mined people.

And in my personal experiance alot of "devote" christians I have met either are or were in serious trouble at some time in their lives. Or there hiding a terrible crime. Or there in it to make alot of money. Or there just total nut jobs that believe anything there told.

It would not take more effective than 2 seconds of concept to make certain the version between what Hitler supposedly did and "the destruction of the Jewish state." I advise, it truly is precisely like equating the destruction of us of a of america as a majority-White usa with the wholesale slaughter of tens of millions of White human beings. What are you, some type of White-supremacist Nazi? positive attempt, regardless of the reality that. The Nazis easily supported the introduction of Israel, so Jews would not ought to contaminate Europe any more effective.

You proceed from a false assumption: That atheists care enough about the beliefs of others to try to end them. I don't care what you believe. If belief in gods makes you happy, that's OK with me. The only thing any atheist might object to is the imposition of religion upon all aspects of daily life, and that there are people who want to turn our free society into a Christian version of Iran. Try that, and I guarantee you'll get a fight. But I repeat: I don't care what you believe or who you believe in. Just don't shove it in my face.

We don't plan to fight the Christians. We don't try to destroy by force. We will cripple you from the inside, proving how your ideas don't make much sense. Any way, as Terry Pratchett once said, somehow when the things have the odds of 1:1,000,000 they tend to happen 9 out of 10 times.

I think...that everything has a begining, that everything exists, and that everything will end. The Judeo-Christian tradition will exprience a gradual decline and its practitioners are forced underground, to worship in secret. We, ourselves, will not live to see this event take place, but it will. It is a fact proven by history.

I believe the odds of that happening are more like mega zillion x a zillion zillions. God has this thing all wrapped up and The Word He speaks...you can take it to the bank. A great question. PEACE!!!

I wager the judeo/christians would prefer suicide by annihilating everyone before they had to surrender

Well, hell, I love a challange. Too bad there isn't one here. And Hitler was a Christian, just not Judeo.
