There are several things that could be causing this, but your pet needs to be checked by your vet asap. You evidently care, or you wouldn't be posting the question on yahoo. If this pet is bleeding and not in season, she definately has something going on,possibly a uterine infection, kidney ifection,Cancer ,or lets just say there is something definately wrong.Take her to your vet asap if you want her,or you possibly could loose this little angel.

She very well has something wrong with her girl parts, if the blood is coming from her vulva. her age and not spayed she could have a Uterine infection, also she has possibly contracted Pyometra its fatal if not treated ASAP. Get her to the vet tomorrow, or face losing her. You should have been concerned a few months ago, but thats in the past you need her fixed now. Hopefully its just because of her age and her inability to breed, she is having some hormonal issues. If that is the case they can get her on a therapy to bring the hormones into balance. If the blood is from something else, Rectal or what not, then get her to the vet anyway cant even BEGIN to give you a clue as to what it could be. Not enough Information

Since she is 10 and has not been spayed, she very well could have a pyometra (uterine infection) and needs treatment right away. She also could have a reproductive cancer of some type. Part of the reason we spay dogs is to prevent reproductive cancers (ovarian and uterine). Please take her to the vet ASAP.

I would be very concerned for her. At her age she could have a host of problems. I'm assuming she is bleeding vaginally. If so, she needs to be checked to rule out cancer and other life threatening problems.
Call your vet first thing and get an appointment for her right away.

An idiotic owner who did not take her to the vet 4 months ago when the bleeding started!

She probably has a hormone problem, but she is at risk for developing pyometra- a potentially fatal uterine infection. Loss of weight, loss of appetite, could indicate this.

She could have a tumor :-(

Please take her to the vet immediately.

Why do you all of the sudden care?
You've waited four months to investigate your dog's BLEEDING?

Shame on you. Take your dog to the vet for pete's sakes.

Starting to get a bit older now, maybe she has something wrong inside, I'd get her checked out, just to be safe.
