Poker Tracker is the best online poker tool. It tracks your play and your opponents and can show you things about every aspect of your game. It made me a MUCh better player. A site like http://www.ultimatepokerbankroll.com will give it to you free for signing up at certain sites.

There are some great learning resources available, it really depends on which type of games you are playing and your current level of expertees.
I would suggest some of the bigger forums such as twoplustwo.com and pocketfives.com as a starting point. There are also paid resources such as pokerXfactor.com and cardrunners.com when you are ready to step up to the next level.
Might also be worth investing in some books. Sklanky's "Theory of Poker" is a must read, for tournament play try the 'Harrington on Holdem' series and for cash-games Ed Miller and Sklanksy have both produced excellent books.

The big grey tool between your ears is the best. Learn poker and don't rely on calculators etc. to do the work for you. If you want more advice: http://www.church-of-texas-holdem.com

Practice Patience and restraint. The key to winning is not getting caught up in the betting when you know you do not have a chance, but hope that a bluff will win.
