No the place in North Carolina can absolutely everyone under the age of 18 get a tattoo. not regardless of parental consent. If somebody did tattoo her they're breaking the regulation. Any performed tattoo artist does not touch a 13 3 hundred and sixty 5 days previous, so if she truly does have one executed she went to a hollow and the wall place to get it executed, which skill it replace into maximum possibly not sanitary or sturdy high quality paintings. Do you propose henna tattoos? those final for a whilst and then fade away. i'm to unsure the place to get one among those sorry.

not everywhere. call them. they should be in the phone book. if not, BEWARE! where i tattoo, we can tattoo as young as 14 with a notarized parental consent form. so there. however, i don't condone tattooing anyone under 16. even then under 21 i will not do certain things like face, hands, neck, etc.
