Jesus told His disciples to go out to the ends of the world and baptize in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
If a person never heard about Baptism but desires to and lives a moral life, then they have received Baptism of desire.
God loves all of us, even those who do not know or will not admit to God's existence. This relationship with God may not be the same as for a Christian or Jew or Muslim or any other devout member of a religion, but it is still a valid relationship with God.
God knows us better that we know ourselves and God's love has saved us and will save us if we live the best life we can.

No. Baptism is a showing of our faith, and a confirmation of it, but it is not an absolute requirement. Simple proof - the thief on the cross who repented was never baptized. Jesus did not tell him, "Come down from the cross, get baptized, then you'll go to heaven". Yet people should make any attempt they can to be baptized.

You do not have to be baptized to get to Heaven. Baptism is a public display of the faith that you have inwardly received and professed with your mouth. Baptism does not "save" anyone. Think of the two thieves on the cross with Jesus. One went to Hell, but the other asked Jesus to remember Him when he got to Heaven. Jesus saved him right then & there on the cross. The thief died & went to Heaven with Jesus, but did not have time to be baptized.

Baptism is something you do after you have professed Christ as your Lord, to publicly display the death and burial of your sins/old life and the resurrection of your new life in Christ. It is a symbol of His death on the cross.

as a person over the age of reason, yes. You must be baptized with one form or another. At Pentecost when the Apostles went out onto the balcony and started speaking in every-ones individual language (or at least they heard in their own language) they asked what must we do to be saved and they replied "Repent and be baptized"

Yes, unless they truly repent on their deathbed which is very rare such as the thief on the cross.

Mark 16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Luke 23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.

In short, no, but you should be. It is a public testimony that you have given your life to Christ, and we are told by Jesus to be baptised. However, in a situation where you are unable to do so and yet you do accept Christ, I highly doubt God would reject you for not getting soaked in water...

The thief on the cross made it, however it is practiced to show us what happens when we are totally forgiven. Not our toe or head is saved but the whole being. There is more, but this is the short answer.

No you can be saved by God and not be baptised.Baptism is a cleansing of the spirit and it means your basically washing your sins away. But Jesus shed his blood for us,so really we don't have to get baptised. But Jesus did get baptised as an example for others.
