It will be in the neighborhood of 5 HP. If you combine it with a cold air intake, ignition, chip, etc you may get around 15. Considering that an exhaust is decently expensive you should really try to save your money and get a turbo. If you changed your cams, port and polished the heads, changed the exhaust and chipped it, you can easily spend way more than a stage 1 turbo kit and get less than half the power increase.

hardly any but the difference in sound is tremendous. The VR6 sounds amazing with a performance exhaust.

Roughly 171 cu. in. Not enough to do anything with that would be noticeable. Save your money
