It seem they must be discarded once they run flat

My wife's car has them. Got a screw in them, too close to the sidewall to patch, dealership told us.
$300.00 for a new one, BUT Bridgestone was only company making them for BMW's, and they were on backorder;.

I know i accidentally pulled forward on run flat tires with a flat and it cause the whole tire to break the seal and but stop as soon as i could and pulled the tire off and took the whole thing it they just had to re-seat it there was some damage to the heat strip thing but it still was good and i still have that tire on there now (this didn't happen more then a couple months ago)
