It could be a bug...if it lasts more thatn two days see a Dr. You need to get some pepto and take a dose after each bowel movement. Then make sure you don't get dehydrated. You may have to drink Gator Aid, water or coke watered down with the fizz stirred out of it. Coke settles the tummy. The main thing to worry about is dehydration, so if you can't keep anything down it may cause your electrolytes to be off. That can cause your legs to cramp. Like I said, no more than two days....then a Dr. You can move to clear broth, jello, sherbert and applesause on dry toast after that. No fat, milk or ice cream..it's hard to digest. Good luck. If the diahrrea and throwing up stop you may be left with the flu, just treat the symptoms tylenol or advil for fever and aches and if they don't ease up in 7-10 days see a DR.

The symptoms are a bit non-descriptive but most likely it's a viral illness.

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Why don't you try some time tested home remedies? I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
