Didn't your church tell you that making art of any kind is a sin.
Bad artist. Bad.

YOu have to learn to draw the anatomy if you want to be an artist. I have taken these classes too, and I don't see anything erotic about it. Being an artist is a career just the same as being a physician is a career---he/she has to examine nude people too.
i am Christian too

I went to art school many years ago, and there were a substantial number of born-agains in the classes I took; they didn't seem to be too concerned. Those who act like five-year-olds around naked people probably wouldn't major in art in the first place. Besides, if you assume your gods created all people, where would you get the nerve to show contempt for your god's creations? The bornies need to get their minds out of the gutter and stop attaching sex to everything. When I was in art school, I discovered something: When you've seen one, you've seen 'em all.

Art is art. The human form is art to some people and erotica to others.
This answer depends on the askers frame of mind. If the thoughts are pure and there are no ill intentions. It's just art.
Only you and God know what you're truly thinking so, keep that in mind.

God created our bodies to His satisfaction. They are a thing of beauty and art in themselves. I don't see anything wrong with the classes.

Why should they be bothersome? I think they're rather inappropriate for children to see but its just the human body. Not something disgusting. Just nature.

god made adam and eve, and put them in a garden paradise to frolic naked.
they ate of the tree of knowlege, gained shame, and it was a sin.
so to my way of thinking, god meant us to be naked. and shame is a sin, so we should all go naked.
but then again i am a Pagan so i don't know if you really want to take my advise on this one.

Sounds fun...Unchristian?..,.I dunno. Ask god, and if he gives you silence that must mean he doesn't care.
