Because it is history not a make story tale. 3000 years before science came to the realization that the universe had a beginning the Bible described it.

"If I had no other data than the early chapters of Genesis, some of the Psalms and other passages of Scripture, I would have arrived at essentially the same picture of the origin of the universe, as is indicated by the scientific data." Nobel Prize-winning physicist Arno Penzias (Big Bang Theorist)

Reading Is Believing

Imagination and creativity can be stirred

once upon a time.are common ..........in fairy tales

In these tales the solution often comes about by supernatural or magical means

These are the works of known authors. But like fairy tales they describe beings and events that do not exist in real life

the characters and situations described are invented by the author.

Why does the simple story of Snow White fascinate so many? Perhaps because it deals with the basic conflict of evil against innocence and the final triumph of innocence

with fairy tales—most of us yearn for a happy ending, to “live happily ever after.

children need healthy play. But more important, they need moral and spiritual direction

. “This means everlasting life,” says the Bible, “their taking in knowledge of you, the only true God, and of the one whom you sent forth, Jesus Christ.” (John 17:3)

Parents can play a major role in helping their children gain this lifesaving knowledge
