In spite of the fact I may be boooed for this, I care about the weight of a partner. I take significant care of my own body (bodybuilder) and see it as an important habit for anyone, epically a partner. I'm not a fan of skinny per say, but I like healthy (aka not overweight at all).

i am a woman and i have heard more that those that carry a few extra pounds are ideal....evidently, coming from more males is the fact that women who are slightly overweight are better in bed.

it would be safe to say that most men like women who aren't afraid of a few extra pounds. too skinny is "like air" as one man pointed out.

as for working out? technically you build muscle which weighs more than fat, however, once your not working out anymore it all goes back to fat. which weighs less.

recent studies say that those who think they are healthy by working out have almost the same issues with cholesterol and diseases associated with the heart.

i'm a cardio gal. i do not care to weigh more just because i am gaining "muscle". women are meant to be "just right"-this means soft and subtle.

bones? yuck
obese? i feel for them
goes for men and women. muscles are a huge turnoff for me. teddy bears? i'm all for it!

now, if a person is all "good" on the inside, thats what really matters!

Yes they care. Most people care. I'm with the poster who said that because he takes care of himself, he'd like a partner who does too.

It's going to vary for every single guy. But there's someone out there for everyone, so don't worry about what "groups" of people might or might not think, just worry about finding your someone.
