Yeah, she may have eaten poison or could have a bone caught in her throat.

yes, if she has been vomiting often take her to the vet immediately because my dog had a similar problem and almost died because throwing up constantly can dehydrate them and cause all kinds of problems. She probably ate something wrong, so take her now.

Yes, (I assume you mean "Throwing Up"?) especailly if she is a smaller dog as she may become dehydrated and this can become very dangerous. Call your Vet! If they are closed - don't be cheap and call an after hours emergency. You wouldn't want her to die because of money.

Yes, if you mean throwing up. If she is actually throwing, then maybe a baseball camp. When in doubt, always take your pet to the vet.

YES! She could get dehydrated and require more work the longer you wait. Call the vet office to see if there's emergency hours.

if it has been more than 2-3 days and she is not eating or drinking then yes take her the vet asap.
if it just started today, give her stomach time to settle before feeding her, when feeding her give her a bland diet, if she continues to vomit take her to the vet.

Yes, your dog could become dehydrated! Vomiting is not something to mess with. It could be a sign of something serious

How long has she been throwing up? I think if she is lethargic, yes you should take her, but if she is acting ok i would just watch her a while
