I don't think your disability, or sexuality will deter people, but your age, may.
..and i don't mean that to sound dismissive, but i think the general voting public, want to be confidant that our President, has had the experiences needed to be our Commander in Chief. Now if you were 20, and had spent time in the Military or as a previously elected official, you would at least get people to listen to your platform.
But as was already mentioned there is an age restriction for those running for President.

You cannot be president of the United States in 2008 but not for the reason you think people are going to say.
In order to be president you have to be at least 35 years old!
Please wait 17 years and try again!

may be not wote but t yeah some people would vote for you but you have to think about what a huge step america would be taking. i mean that's in a whole diffrent level!!! you have to think of ways to get people to vote with out trying to reset the whole thing which means with out wars and deaths. because people are not going to stay quite trust me the world will have things to say. but i wish you the best! and may your dreams come true !!!!!!!!!! and r u sure your blind?

in your question, there are 2 possibilities:
1st. It depends in what your conduct is. If you are kind enough, showing nice actions to the public, has a moral dignity and honesty, probably people will vote you, and love you, despite of your imperfections. That is what a true leader is.
2nd. If you do what is stated above in the other way, people will probably neglect and will not vote you

I don't think that your allowed to when your 20, it would be difficult if your blind, and there are too many dumb US citizens that think gay is wrong. sorry, but you should wait a couple more years.
