so this is my secound week with a tounge pircein and thers still a lil bit of puss cumming out of the bottom and i rinsed with espom salt is that fine?

Your only suppose to use peroxide, and I really don't suggest tongue piecing to any one because of the health complications. If your going to use salt I would use table salt, Epsom's salt is for the exterior soaking

No, you can get blood poisoning if its a open wound. My bro in law soaked his open wound in Epsom salt and he got blood poisoning his veins turned all black. Rinse with peroxide. Just don't do it again, if you did already.

Just use a hot water and salt. Monitor the piercing because if it becomes really infected you could have permanent damage.

why dont you try rinsing with peroxide. its supposed to help with tooth aches and cleans cuts so i am sure it will be fine for a tounge ring.

NOT REALLY, ITS NOT USE FOR THAT, ITS TO SOAK YOUR BODY IN, IFYOU ARE ACHING. I'M SURPRISE YOU DIDN'T GET SICK. I WOULD CALL A DOCTOR OR GO BACK TO WHERE YOU GOT YOUR PIERCING DONE AND ASK THEM WHAT YOU CAN PUT ON IT. GOOD LUCK.
