You can't keep unrealistic promises like this one. Understand that your heart may be doing the promising, but your body is not in agreement. If you start out kissing, and the "feel good feelings" start flowing all over your body it starts out like a slow burning fire then before you know it---the fire is out of control and it's spreading fast. You're faced with a choice that you shouldn't have to make which is do I stop and loose this feeling, or do I continue because I don't want to deny myself this moment.
You are making adult choices but you are not emotionally mature enough to handle the feelings that come along with adult choices such as guilt, shame and at times confusion-- the very same emotions that some of us adults have trouble dealing with from time to time.

If you made promises that you would not go all the way, then why in the world would you get naked and get into bed. That just open a can of worms. It is worst for the male to pull back than it is for the female. You should have stopped after things got too hot and heavy in the living room. I do not think it is wise to have sex in the parents house anyway. That is disrespecting the parents.

The reason you feel bad is because you were not emotionally ready to be naked in bed with a guy. Just because girls are physically a woman doesn't mean that emotionally they are as mature as a woman. Young girls don't understand this. Don't be in such a hurry. Enjoy your young years. You have a life time to have sex and when you are emotionally ready for it, you won't feel bad.

Why do you feel bad? How does your boyfriend feel? Did you feel uncomfortable at anytime during the encounter? Did you feel pressured?
If you wanted to do it, why feel bad now, whats done is done, and can't be changed, but maybe you shouldn't let it happen again, until you are sure you will not feel bad again. If you feel you were pressured into it, or made to feel like you had to sleep with him, then lose him and fast, you don't need that crap.

You're right... you shouldn't have done it. You've lost your virginity and, if guys are honest, when they look for a wife, they want a virgin. In my opinion, premarital sex is always wrong.
