I found it on one of my friends' 360 but don't know what it means.

It's Japanese for "You must not do it!" or "It is forbidden!" Look for it on the page in the Sources field.

Do itashimashite! ("You're welcome!")

It's Japanese, but are you sure that's the correct spelling?
kitte wa ikimasen would mean something like
"the message wasn't sent"

"iki" means go, went, left, etc. ("ike" means pond)

"masen" is a verb ending meaning that it didn't happen
"wa" is a subject marker
"shitte", as far as I can find, isn't a word, and neither is anything I can think of that would sound like it, except for kitte.
