You could get into a very hot shower and let the steam open up your sinuses. Or take a hot pack and put it on your forehead and nose.
You could also put a pan of water on the stove and when it starts to boil put a towel over your head while standing over the pot of water.

I would try the steamy shower first. Then the soup. Then, and I know it's weird, but the Breathe-Right strips that people use for snoring work wonders. I LOVE them. I know they look silly, but seriously, they will open you up so you can sleep through the night without medicating yourself like crazy! You can only wear them a certain number of hours a day, but it's great when you just want to get some sleep.

Hot mint tea and chicken soup are my favorites, but anything hot and steamy will help, as will anything spicy. Some aromatics will help, too, like mint. If you have dried flower arrangements around, perhaps you could rub the leaves. Some dried flower arrangements use eucalyptus stems for greenery.
Eucalyptus oil helps nasal congestion. Take a hot shower, or steam up the bathroom with a hot bath. The steam will help with your congestion.

You can try using a Neti Pot. It kinda looks like a gravy boat, and you fill it with a saline solution. You pour it in one nostril and tilt your head so it comes out the other nostril. This is great for cleaning out the nasal passages.
